GDPR
As of May 25, 2018, the new data protection regulation (GDPR) came into force. Because of this, all companies and associations must openly inform about what personal information they store and handle.
Within the Mornington Hotel Group, we place great value in only managing the information we have use for, while we need certain information to provide the best possible service. The information that is stored and that we store for as long as we need to fulfill the legal obligations that we have as a company and to be able to complete delivery and for quality assurance purposes is:
- Name
- Address
- City
- Phonenumber
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Booking information
- Special requests and allergies
For guests residing outside Sweden, we need to store information about passport details according to the Schengen Regulation.
As a guest, you can retrieve the information at any time at mews.li/navigator If you want more information or want to know how we handle your personal data, if your e-mail address was entered at the time of booking or stay. contact us at gdpr@mornington.se.
We do not disclose data to third parties without your consent. We disclose information in the event that it is required by law or if we have received your consent.
Table bookings
When you book a table on mornington.se your name, email address, phone number, party size and anything you write in the message field are stored in Mews, the hotels' reservation system, just as for a room booking. They are needed to fulfil the booking and are seen by the restaurant staff. A tick in the offers-and-news box is stored as your consent to marketing and can be withdrawn at any time. The data is deleted under the same rules as for hotel guests.
